Love the ABC!

I just wanted to drop you a line and tell you that I hypnobirthed baby L on December 26 in the most ideal circumstances. It really was everything I had planned and hoped for/visualized. I can't thank you enough for teaching me (and B) how to hypnobirth. The breathing and visualizing my uterus opening was what I utilized the most. Also, I was never afraid or tense and we had Jessica Porter on a loop on my ipod at the ABC. It was magical. Within half an hour of delivery, L was already nursing and we were both very alert and content. She has been a dream -so calm and relaxed (so am I and B!).

We are all on Cloud 9.
