Hi Allison,

I also had been wanting to write, but didn’t know if I should. IL was born on Monday Sep 22 at 9:36am.  It was so wonderful, we experienced everything with calm and that way were able to enjoy our birth. You have no idea how helpful the method was to me and R was great at helping me keep my calm. My labor started at 5: 18 so it wasn’t too long (which was good) and even though I wasn’t able to use my music, just the breathing made ALL the difference. R was able to enjoy every moment of it, my mom was with me and she had been at my 1st birth, and she was shocked at the difference. The only thing I wasn’t able to do was avoid pushing - its kind of what your body makes you do, and I was trying not to. But I only pushed 2 times so it wasn’t too bad. The pressure was intense at the very, very end, so I kind of lost myself, but was able to regain the calm. It was definitely incredible. Thanks for touching base. Tell the rest I said "good luck" ohh I wasn’t able to use the ABC room, but the nurse helped us be in that environment. The boys came in 1 hr after she was born, and go to spend about 2 hours with us in private before we were sent upstairs.
